EJSOFS is committed to the long-term accessibility, integrity and preservation of its scholarly content.

Persistent Identification
Published scholarly articles are assigned Digital Object Identifiers through the DOI prefix 10.61318. DOI metadata are registered and maintained through the Journal’s DOI registration infrastructure.

Platform and Metadata
EJSOFS is published using Open Journal Systems. The Journal maintains structured bibliographic metadata including article title, authors, affiliations, abstract, keywords, publication dates, article type, funding, licence information, references and persistent identifiers where available. Metadata errors should be reported to editorial@ejsofs.com and will be corrected promptly.

Backups and Continuity
The Journal and publisher maintain operational backups of the publishing platform and content in accordance with their technical hosting arrangements. These operational backups support recovery from technical failure but are distinct from participation in a recognised digital preservation network.

Digital Preservation Network
EJSOFS participates in a recognised preservation mechanism compatible with Open Journal Systems through the PKP Preservation Network . 

Editorial Records
Submission files, editorial decisions, reviews, revisions and relevant correspondence may be retained in accordance with applicable legal, ethical and data-protection requirements to document the editorial process, support the integrity of the scientific record and permit investigation of future concerns. Access to confidential editorial records is restricted to authorised persons.

Version Control
Substantive changes to published scientific content are not made silently. Corrections, retractions and expressions of concern are published and linked to the affected article in accordance with the Editorial Policies.
